Christine Hess works for the Iowa Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and will present about the services that they offer and the opportunities available to support the cause. Christine has worked in healthcare for eight years as a CNA and activity director and recently made the change to work for the Alzheimer's Association. Due to her background working with older adults and their families as well as her own grandfather battling the disease, she knows first hand how Alzheimer's and dementia impact the lives of affected families. Christine and her husband live in Cedar Falls with their dog Zelda and cat Gracie. She enjoys being back in her hometown so she can spend more time with her grandparents and extended family.
