Decorah Community School District Superintendent and Decorah Rotary Club member Mark Lane was recently on a discussion panel with Iowa District 1 Representative Abby Finkennauer and South Carolina District 6 Representative Jim Clyburn covering the U.S. Congress Rural Broadband and Distance Learning initiative. Mark plans to reflect on his perspectives of the panel discussion with our members.
