Stephanie Fromm (Winneshiek County Development & Tourism) and Brad Crawford (DecorahNow.com, Northeast Iowa RC&D) will lead a conversation about lessons learned through the lens of the Decorah & Winneshiek County Mutual Aid Network. Through a combination of partnerships, central coordination, and self-serve systems, the mutual aid network grew organically in response to community need, bringing to light many of the ways neighbors are helping neighbors deal with the impacts of the pandemic in and around Winneshiek County.
