NICC Workforce Development and Continuing Education Programs

Wendy Mihm-Herold, Ph.D., Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) Vice President of Business and Community Solutions, will offer our club highlights of the customized training, workforce development and continuing education programs offerred at NICC. Mihm-Herold has more than 25 years of experience as an executive officer in public and private nonprofit sectors. She has extensive experience in fundraising, grant writing and administration, legislative advocacy and building innovative partnerships and public relations.

NICC offers more than 67 programs of study, including online programs, evening options, and career pathway certificates for those wanting specific training to support immediate entry into the workforce.
