Charlene Corson Selbee has served as the Director of the Winneshiek County Convention and Visitors Bureau since 2014. She is a native of Hesper and owns a masters degree in tourism administration/sustainable tourism and a bachelor’s degree in travel and tourism. Prior to her arrival in Decorah, she spent 20 years working in the tourism industry in New Mexico and taught courses of instruction in hotel front-office operations, event planning, tourism, and tourism marketing at both Central New Mexico Community College and New Mexico State University. She has been a dynamic force for Winneshiek County tourism and will share her many experiences and unique perspectives with the club.
