Our club will be visited by Decorah Chief of Police Dave Smutzler who will discuss ongoing Decorah Police Department activities, programs, and recent accomplishments.

Chief Smutzler was appointed to his present position in August 2019, after having served nine years as Assistance Chief of Police. He has over 30 years experience in law enforcement.
